Communications
The Communications Department operates from our central facility located at 601 Brooks Street in Charleston, West Virginia.
Telecommunicators dispatch Advanced Life Support Ambulances, Multi-passenger Vans and Critical Care Units to a variety of requests.
KCEAA's communications center also serves as the back up for the Metro 911 center.
