CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority is preparing to tackle emergencies and snow all at once.

Winter weather can delay schools and businesses, but it can't stop emergencies from happening. Cars spin into ditches and people fall on ice when the weather gets bad, so KCEAA is preparing for everything.
