KCEAA employs 225 full-time EMT’s, Paramedics, Nurses and support staff providing Advanced Life Support Emergency Medical Service twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
We have 35 licensed ambulances operating out of 14 stations throughout the Kanawha Valley. At peak, 34 ambulances are staffed. Our ambulances respond to emergency calls and medical transport calls.
